Fitness Boxing

This class provides a great fitness routine in a controlled and safe environment. Using gloves and focus pads you will be taught basic technique and combinations to give you a varied class that involves speed, strength, agility and coordination. Benefits include weight loss, increase in muscle tone & strength, increased endurance & fitness as well as stress release.

Pilates

A floor style class utilising breathing techniques and exercises specific to core strength and stability. Improve your posture, gain flexibility and firmness by moving muscles through their full range of motion while increasing muscle strength and flexibility.

Aquaerobics

Catering for all levels of fitness, this class combines the use of equipment, circuits and fun combinations while offering an excellent cardiovascular workout. It's great for improving muscle toning using the resistance of the water.

Aqua Zumba - Thursday's @ 6pm

Jump into the Latin - inspired, easy to follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness party that makes you work out a splash.

Heartmoves

Regular participation in this low to moderate intensity exercise program can help manage weight, blood pressure & cholesterol. It will also help to improve fitness, balance, co-ordination & flexibility. So come along and exercise at your own pace, meet new people and have fun.

Adult Squad

This 1 hour squad focuses on stroke correction and general aerobic fitness. It is for swimmers who enjoy training alongside others to increase fitness, prepare for participation in social competition and to have fun.

Circuit

A combination of strength, cardio and endurance. The Diggers circuit helps you to reach your desired health and fitness goals. Each class may consist of exercise stations, spin and barbells to boxing, Jogging and skipping etc.
