GYM FAQ’s

  • Yes, just send our friendly team an email at gym@coogeediggers.com.au with the exact timeframe (start and end date) of your freeze.

    The minimum time period for a freeze is two weeks and the maximum is three months.

  • To initiate the cancellation process, please contact our team at gym@coogeediggers.com.au with your request.

    You will need to obtain a response from us confirming the cancellation, and we will endeavour to address your request within 24 hours.

    Keep in mind that all cancellations require a minimum of four weeks' notice and will include a pro-rata payment for the days your membership remains active.

    Despite the cancellation process, you will retain access to the gym during this notice period. You will still have access to the gym during this time.

  • On a month-to-month membership, you will be direct debited every fortnight on a Thursday. If you choose to sign up on a 6-month or 12-month membership, you will only pay one upfront cost.

  • If you freeze your account in the middle of a fortnightly direct debit period, you will only be direct debited the pro-rata payment for the days your account is not frozen, as you will still be able to use the gym.
