About Anton

Coached through education. I'm Anton - a former PE teacher turned full-time coach. My education background means I don't just put you through a session and send you home. I teach you the why behind everything, so the knowledge sticks long after we're done working together.

Over 6 years and hundreds of clients, I've developed a coaching approach that blends physical training, nutrition, and certified mental performance coaching. I practice what I preach - I'm a World Championships qualified Hyrox athlete, so I know exactly what it takes to perform under pressure and stay consistent when it matters most.

A community-based training experience for people who want to train with purpose alongside others. Two session types available:
