A day in the life of a DIGGERS member

Rise and Shine (6:00 AM): The alarm clock screams, but a Diggers member isn't afraid of a challenge. They grab their gym bag and head out the door, ready to conquer the day.

Fuel Up for Greatness at the Corner Cafe (6:30 AM): A nutritious breakfast provides the energy for a killer workout. Whether it's a protein smoothie or a hearty bowl of oats, they fuel their body for optimal performance.

Boxing (8:00 AM): Boxing 1:1 class. The camaraderie of the Diggers community pushes them to new limits under the guidance of expert coaches.

PT Sweat and Satisfaction (9:00 AM): Dynamic routines, strength-building exercises, and a supportive atmosphere – it's a sweat session that leaves them feeling energised and accomplished. Find a PT to get you motivated

Power Down and Refuel (10:00 AM): A post-workout stretch helps ease sore muscles, and a healthy lunch provides the building blocks for recovery. Check out our in house Physio

Workday Hustle (11:00 AM - 5:00 PM): They tackle their work challenges with the same focus and dedication they brought to their workout. The energy gained at Diggers spills over into all aspects of their lives.

Dinner with Friends (7:30 PM): Catching up with fellow Diggers members over a healthy meal at the club is a great way to unwind and share stories of the day's triumphs. See whats on

Recharge and Reflect (9:00 PM): As the day winds down, they take a moment to appreciate the progress they've made. Diggers has become more than just a gym; it's a place to build strength, confidence, and a supportive community.

Lights Out (10:00 PM): Drifting off to sleep, they're already looking forward to the next challenge Diggers has in store. They're not just a Diggers member; they're part of a fitness family.
