Three steps
Bring your mate in
Walk them through the door and introduce them to the team. They can have a look around first if they want to see the place before signing up.
Sign up online or at reception
Your mate gives your full name at sign up, online or at reception. That is the only step that has to happen for both rewards to apply.
Both free cycles apply
Once their membership is active, we apply the free cycle to their first full direct debit and to your next scheduled one.

How do I refer someone?
Bring your mate in and have a chat with the team. When they sign up, they give your full name so we can match the referral to your membership.
Does my mate have to be brand new?
Your mate needs to be a new Coogee Diggers Gym member for you both to get the two weeks. If they trained with us in the past and have been away for a while, come and see the team. We are happy to honour it if it gets them back in the door.
When does the free cycle apply?
After the new membership is activated. Your mate gets their first full direct debit free, and you get your next scheduled direct debit cycle free.
Why does my mate still pay something on the day they join?
New members pay the 50% off joining fee of $49.50 and any pro rata amount covering the days between joining and the start of the next full debit cycle. The first full fortnight after that is free.
What if I pay upfront rather than by direct debit?
The reward is a free direct debit cycle, so it applies to fortnightly plans. If you are on an upfront plan, speak to the team at reception and we will work out how it applies to your membership.
Does the free cycle include the pool, sauna and steam room?
Yes. There is one membership at Coogee Diggers and it covers the gym floor, HYROX zone, the heated 25m pool, sauna and steam room. The free cycle covers all of it.
Can I use this with another offer?
No. The referral offer cannot be combined with another offer, discount or concession rate.
Where are you and when are you open?
2 Byron Street, Coogee, on the corner of Byron and Carr. Gym is open 4am to 10pm, 7 days.
Pool is 5:30am to 8:30pm Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Offer is available to existing Coogee Diggers Gym members who refer a new member. Both the existing member and the referred new member receive one free direct debit cycle, equivalent to two weeks of membership. The referred member is required to pay the applicable 50% off joining fee of $49.50, reduced from $99, and any pro rata membership amount at the time of joining.
The free direct debit cycle will apply to the referred member's first full direct debit and the existing member's next scheduled direct debit cycle. The referred member must be a new Coogee Diggers Gym member. Former members who have not held an active membership for an extended period may be honoured at the discretion of Coogee Diggers Gym management. The offer applies to both parties once the new membership has been successfully activated.
