Your 7-day trial gives you full access to the gym, and we want to make sure you get the most out of every session. Before you come in, here's a few things worth knowing:

  • Getting Started: On your first visit, please see our team at reception to complete a quick registration form and collect your access card. A one-off $8 access card fee applies.

  • Gym Hours: Open 4:00 am – 10:00 pm for members. Staffed hours are Monday to Friday: 5:30 am – 7:30 pm and Weekends: 6:00 am – 4:00 pm.

  • Bring a sweat towel every session.

  • Club Rules and Sauna Etiquette are displayed throughout the club—please take a moment to familiarise yourself with them.
