Highly recommend The Performance Pit, very welcoming gym with excellent attention to detail. Although you train in a group you get a lot of guidance from both Josh & Ellie which results in essentially a personal training session with positive results each week. Will 100% continue as a member of the pit for quite some time

Simply put, I have made more progress in the last 4 months that I've been training here than I have in the last 4 years. Josh focuses on form and technique teamed with great workout plans that he changes up regularly.
The small classes means that you're getting individual attention whether that's for tips to improve form, a bit of motivation or just a chat. You have the space to get on with your workout whilst knowing Josh and Ellie are there for support and guidance. The three hours a week I spend here are quality training hours that I know I wouldn't achieve if I trained by myself on a gym floor.

I have been training with Josh in the performance pit for nearly 12 weeks now and have been really enjoying it.
I had come back from a trip to Ireland and had no routine or structure in my diet or training.
Josh has a structured workout plan that is easy to follow on the app and it changes every 4 weeks so it's a great way to see yourself improving as each session you track your weights and reps
I am currently doing the 12 week challenge which has been great for my accountability as Josh has an easy to use spreadsheet that makes it easy to document each day.
He also sets calories/macros and step count. Josh and Ellie have really helped me with my technique in a lot of exercises and I always feel very supported in the gym. I would really recommend the performance pit.

I've been doing Hiit on Wednesday mornings with Ellie for a few weeks now. She's so friendly and welcoming, does a great job of explaining and demonstrating the exercises, and is attentive to everyone in her classes, proactively helping with form and offering alternatives to suit the individual.
